Once a membership has been purchased, you will then receive your Costco card in the mail along with a voucher code that can be redeemed for either a Bon Appétit or the Wayspa gift card.

Personally, I would totally go with the WaySpa gift card because I'm in a dire need of a good pampering and the great part is that they can be used at thousands of spas around the world. The Bon Appétit gift card, on the other hand, is redeemable at the following restaurants: Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, Montana's Cookhouse, Kelsey's or Milestones.

While the Gold Star membership costs $55 for the year and allows you full shopping access to either their warehouse locations or online site, the Executive one is $110 and includes additional benefits like a annual 2% reward on purchases and deals on car rentals, credit card offers and residential telecommunications. Both memberships also come with a free spouse card.

For those of you on the fence about getting membership, I must say it's totally worth it. I have been diligently renewing my Gold Star membership for a number of years now and always find fantastic deals. Just the other day, I snagged a couple of Tommy Hilfiger tops for less than $20 apiece.
