The Joy 10-piece cookware set features the SIGMA Classic encapsulated aluminium base for even heat distribution and is suitable for all types of cook tops including induction. They are oven safe to 200 C or 390 and are dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. The brushed stainless steel finish will hold up to abuse while glass lids allow you to see what you are cooking. For safety, the pots feature "stay cool" handles.

I like the inclusion of a steamer because you get the best nutritional value out of your vegetables when they are steamed instead of boiled, roasted, fried, etc. While there is only one frying pan (would prefer two) I still think this is an excellent set for the price especially since the set includes a sizable stock pot that is perfect for making stews and soups.
I price compared this set with other retailers. Only Sears Canada is selling the 10-piece version. Currently, they have the set on sale from $549.99 down to $149.99. I also found the set in the Amazon marketplace for $209.99 plus $12.40 shipping.
