I don't play the lottery because I believe it is a poor man's tax. I can see that gambling would be fun, but I'd personally rather drink my money away. We all have our vices. In this case, you don't have to do either, as you'll get the ticket free, just for signing up. The OLG does do good stuff with the money like support charities and all that, so if you do play the lottery, don't think of your losses as wasted money.
