This is a dream come true for any Star Wars fan, and even more so if they love Jelly Belly beans. (Who doesn't?!) I was smitten with this stellar Star Wars Death Star Globe Jelly Belly dispenser as soon as I saw it. I have the Mickey one myself, but this Star Wars one is great for my son. It's on sale for $19.99 down from $22.99 but appears to be one of those hard to find items online, so I would jump at this if you are considering it.
In traditional fashion, Darth Vader dominates the dispenser base with the Stormtrooper doing his bidding, dispensing Jelly Belly jelly beans with the push of the handle. The machine holds up to 23 oz. of jelly beans and measures 5.75" L x 6.25" W x 9.25" H.
Each dispenser includes a 1-oz. bag of Assorted Jelly Belly beans and it does not fill the machine. Ideally you could buy these Star Wars Galaxy Mix Jelly Belly Beans for $1.99 for 80 g, but it would take 8 bags to fill it to almost capacity. Probably worth it when you see the gorgeous colour mix! Otherwise, you can buy the Kirkland Signature brand of Jelly Belly beans from Costco. They are around $14 for a formidable size bag that will more than fill the machine.
If you fill it prior to wrapping it up, please don't keep it under the Christmas tree if you have a dog, as the black jelly beans are toxic to dogs and of course, dogs appear to be fascinated with anything that is toxic to them like black jelly beans and chocolate!
