Bookcloseouts has some fantastic prices on cookbooks and I wanted to show you my favourite series: Company's Coming. These are spiral bound books (great for propping open) that cover almost any item you could think of. They are written by a Canadian woman, Jean Pare. These books cost on average $16.99 at your average grocery store, and yet on book closeouts you can get a great selection for only $2.99 - $4.99.

I own 5 (maybe 6 now) of her cookbooks and they are the only cookbook I use for baking (I bake, husband cooks primarily).They are fabulous, easy to follow and in a regular baker's kitchen you have the ingredients for a good portion of the cookbook.
