Na na na na na na na na na na BATMAN! Re-live all of the old Batman movies with Batman: The Motion Picture Anthology 1989-1997 as you can currently get it for just $28.10 (reg. $79.92) at Amazon.com.

My hubby has been on a HUGE old movies kick lately and just the other day, he binge-watched all of the old Batman movies and although he noted with a touch of sadness that they don't seem as great as when he saw them as a kid, I know that deep in his heart, he will always love them. I also know that next year, or in a couple of years or maybe even as soon as in a couple of months, he will sit down to binge-watch them again because on top of being a fan of movies from the 1990's, he is also a big-time Batman fan. I can't even begin to tell you how many Batman t-shirts he owns!

His birthday is fast approaching in a little over a month and I know that he will love this anthology as it includes all 4 of the Batman movies produced by Warner Bros:

  • Batman (1989)
  • Batman Returns (1992)
  • Batman Forever (1995)
  • Batman & Robin (1997)

With a total of 8 discs, this anthology is definitely a steal of deal, especially since it also comes with a very long list of special features like additional scenes and segments like "from Jack to Joker", "on the set with Bob Kane", "designing the bat suit", "freeze frame: the visual effects of Batman & Robin". In fact, the list actually contains close to 35 special features!

Now for the fun part: originally, I found this same Batman anthology on sale for $66 at Amazon.ca, down from an original price of $129.99. Even there, it sounded like an amazing deal, especially since it includes free shipping. However, Amazon.com's deal is actually significantly better because even with the shipping fees, it's still cheaper than the one on the Canadian side. Adding the anthology to my shopping cart at Amazon.com, $7.98 shipping fees were added for a total of $36.13, which is nearly half the price than the one at Amazon.ca.

And as if you need any more convincing, this anthology also has close to 500 reviews with a total of 4.3 stars out of 5!
