Thomas & Friends have been around since I was a child myself, so I still remember friends getting their wooden Thomas train tracks and hearing all about it. The greatest part of this toy is that it truly is educational as well as exciting for kids. For them to get to work hands on, using their brains to create and rearrange the tracks is all you could ask for in a toy.
My favorite part about this sale was reading reviews on how much fun it was for parents to build this set with their kids, and then to watch their excitement as Thomas and his friends zoomed through on the tracks that they created. My son recently received a small Thomas the train set and he just loves it, and it's not as nearly as cool as this one.
