I did some price comparisons to some other stores and found it at Best buy and EB Games for the same price but they are already sold out. (I don't think that they included the controller though like The Source does).  The other places I looked (Walmart, Sears, Tiger Direct) had similar bundles but with less games or for more money. This tells me that this bundle is in demand for being sold out so fast and is priced properly to sell.
