Staples Canada: Eco-Responsible Multiuse Paper Was $60 | Now $39 (FS @ $45)

Staples has a huge one-day sale going on today and one of the most practical and best deals that I saw was on the Staples FSC-certified eco-responsible multiuse paper. Get a case of this 20lb 8 1/2 x 11 paper for only $38.96, with a regular price of $59.96, for a saving of $21 for 5,000 sheets of paper.

Paper is probably not something you are super excited to shop for, but it is something we all use. Most of us have printers at home and at the office and we probably go through paper like it is going out of style. While I try to use every square inch of paper that I use before recycling, it still seems to fly out of our house and we have to restock often.

Staples seems to be the place to buy paper, as when I tried to shop around, they were one of the only stores that came up. That makes total sense, as it is an office supply store. I also see that most of their cases of paper are around the $60 mark.

What's great about this paper is that it eco-responsible, which means it is made from responsibly harvested trees and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. It is also free of acid and elemental chlorine, so it is safer all around.

You'll also be happy to know it is made in Canada.

As for performance, it has a special ColorLok technology that makes your colours up to 30% brighter and bolder and dries fast.

For paper, I was shocked to see that it had 79 reviews. This tells me people are passionate about this product, and have given it a total of 4.5 stars out of five. I found it funny that the most negative review was actually a good review.

Because Staples has free shipping at $45, you'll want to check out what else is available during the one day sale to avoid this charge. You only need to add a few more dollars to not have to pay a few more dollars in unnecessary charges.

You could take a look at these Bounty select-a-size paper towels that were $10.99 and now $6.59. Another very handy item to have (I have one right beside my desk) is a legal size recycling bin. This was $9.22, now $5.99.
