I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that 15% off is not the best sale I've seen on Playmobil, although the most I've ever seen is 30% off and that is rare. 20% sales happen at places like Chapters and Toys R Us. But, Mastermind has the best selection I've seen on Playmobil. So, although you might get some sets cheaper during different sales, you might not get what you want.
I've mentioned a few times that my children love Playmobil and we have a number of sets. The sets can be pricey so these are usually big gifts at Christmas or for birthdays. My kids also love the more unique sets, which you usually can't find at Toys R Us or Chapters.
