I really like the concept of Hotels.com. You can get great hotel deals and you pay for them up front so you don't owe anything at checkout (unless there are other fees associated with that particular hotel). $50 is a very sweet discount, which could pay for one dinner while you are away or maybe your transportation costs. Not too shabby, I must say.
There are some limitations with this coupon, which include:
- book by June 1st
- stay by November 19th, 2014
- it can't be used for packages, group travel service bookings, or non-participating hotels
- you must pay at the time you book and it has to be in Canadian currency
I also noticed in the fine print that this coupon can only be used 15,000 times, so if it doesn't work and it is before the June 1st expiry date, let us know. It says you will know if the coupon is valid before booking.
Other than this, you are good to go! I'm very excited that yesterday Pearl Jam announced a few new dates for a Fall tour, including in Detroit, which is the closest to me. I'm going to need a hotel for the night before and the night of the concert, and although I might just fall short of the monetary total, it might be totally worth it for me to book an extra night and make it a little vacay. The Detroit MotorCity hotel looks very nice and is regularly $265 a night, but down to $159 on Hotels.com. Three nights stay would cost me normally $795, but with the discount and the promo code on top, I'll pay only $427!
