We have never posted about DeSerres on the Moose before, and it is my pleasure to introduce them to you... DeSerres! To me, DeSerres is an art shop... I use to call it a 'fancy Michaels' but it has so much more and a spirit of it's own. Really hard to describe. It is an amazing place for quality arts and crafts supplies, plus they have beading, framing and all sorts of wonderful things.

Let me tell you a story: One of my best friends is an animator, has been for over 25 years. He has worked for companies such as Warner Bros and worked on such projects as Bugs Bunny, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Care Bears (though he doesn't like me mentioning the last one :-D ). It was he who introduced me to DeSerres when it first came to our city and he was as giddy as a school boy! It was funny watching him go through all the pencils, feeling up the sketch books for paper quality and drooling over various objects.
So it was just natural when I wanted two very valuable pictures framed that I went to DeSerres.
