There are only a couple of jackets available for women and I would choose this Sierra Designs Chockstone Jacket in Cranberry/Expresso. This is $300 retail and is on sale here for $129. This is made with a waterproof but breathable shell with features like a hood, storm flap, waterproof zippers, chin guard and many pockets. The jacket sounds perfect for those days outside, whether it's sports, spectating or just walking.
For men I like this Sierra Designs Savage in Gator/Black probably because I love the colour green. This is $220 retail and on sale here for $99. This is only available in sizes medium to 2XL, but that covers a lot of guys. These jackets are movement inspired, meaning they breathe, but have insulation for warmth in targeted areas.
How about some rockin gloves like these Sierra Designs Transporter gloves in Black that were $90 retail and are now $45. These gloves are form-fitting and heavily reinforced with die-cut knuckle and top of hand padding for abrasion resistance. This makes them great for rugged ski terrain or ice climbing. I can actually think of a few snowmobile trips that I wish I had owned these for.
Last, but not least, check out this Sierra Designs Microfleece Beanie in Black that was $25 retail and is now $12. I am guessing that this is just a casual beanie for keeping your head warm, but not for any sports.
