While not technically 'bottoms' you would wear out on their own, these Cotton Spandex Jersey Crop Leggings receive an honourable mention as they are super versatile and only $5 (were $28). We cannot forget a skirt to finish off our list of fun and fabulous $5 bottoms. This Interlock Mini Skirt is an absolute steal at only $5 as it originally cost $35!
