LA SENZA RETURNS
As you might expect, the return policy on undergarments has some limitations. Although La Senza accepts returns on clothing like loungewear, as well as bras and many lingerie merchandise, items that can't be returned are panties and sets that include panties. Other exclusions are backless bras, pasties, body wash and La Senza gift cards. Returnable items can be returned by mail (at your expense) or brought into a La Senza location near you.
