For those of you who have had their eyes on an eReader either for yourself or as a gift for Christmas, have a read of this deal for the Kobo eReader Touch from Staples. They've knocked $30 off the price, and it's now only $109.
Most people seem to buy their Kobo eReaders online at Chapters, but they're priced at $129 there, so you're saving $20 by buying online Staples.ca. You also get free shipping from Staples as your order will be over the $50 minimum spend for that.
As for buying actual ebooks, make sure you check out all the recent Kobo Books coupons because you should be able to shave a few percent off the cost of new books. And don't forget to check out all the free ebooks that have been posted in our Bargainmoose freebie section.
I recently posted a deal on the Sony eBook readers from Dell Canada, which are slightly more expensive than the Kobo. They have a very similar specification though. I know some people can be pretty brand loyal and like to stick with their favourites - I love the Sony readers.
