Rickis is a great Canadian woman's clothing retailer for that business to business casual look. I recently stumbled across their sale section on their website and found some fabulous deals (they must be clearing out some of their winter/spring stock!) They have blazers, pants, skirts, shirts, and jewellery all at great discounts and a great selection of sizes!
I have shopped at Rickis many times, and was also part of a Rickis focus group on what makes Rickis better or the same as other Canadian women's retail stores, and moreover, what do women want in their clothing stores. My favourite item in Rickis has always been their skirts, and they have some nice ones on sale, and alot more:
