This playhouse is suited for children from 3-7 years of age, but my son would have enjoyed it at a younger age as well. It also won't be an eye-sore in your home with the cute brick details, arched doors and modern windows. I read a lot of the reviews and it seems a lot of people are satisfied with this play house. The one prominent complaint is that it is smaller than it appears, so perhaps keep that in mind if you are ordering this for an older child.

Same price at Amazon. We bought the tan one from Toys r Us this spring and it seems like it was a lot less $$$ than this. It's a nice playhouse though. My daughter loves it.
