It looks small when you take it out of the box, but any adult can use it as they will hold up to 250lbs. They are light weight 3.5 lbs and easy to carry up any snow hill... The rails on the bottom of the sled give the rider the ability to slalom down the hill just like the pros you should check out this video to get a good idea of how it works.
