It comes with everything Barbie needs to come to the rescue. Just press the button to sound the siren and lift the lever at the back of the vehicle to transform it into a care clinic. It includes accessories to complete your waiting room, gift shop, an exam room and a patient recovery area. In total, it comes with 15 different pieces, and dolls are not included with the set.
