Town Shoes has discounted these practical and great looking Joules Women's Textured Ran Boot Wellies in black snake (nessie) textured print. Originally $115, these rain boots are now on sale for $34.98. Receive free shipping over $35 with the Shoe Rewards membership (free) or shipping is just an $8 flat fee.

These textured rain boot wellies have a snakeskin effect that is soft to the touch with a glossy finish. The rubber boots are 100% waterproof and have an enhanced tread grip for keeping traction on wet surfaces. Upkeep is simple: merely wipe clean with a damp cloth before putting your boots away. These snakeskin boots are currently in stock in sizes 5 through 10, which is all the sizes they are offered in.

Now, I price compared these beauties with their original manufacturer. The boots originally cost $95 USD at Joules and are currently on sale for $47.45 USD = $62 CAN excluding shipping. Thus, the original price on these boots from Town Shoes is accurate if not a little low given our current exchange rate. Town Shoes' sale price is much better than Joules' sale price.

I am a U.S. size 7- they are a little big but they would be too small if I went any smaller. Great quality, and they look amazing. I am very happy with these.

Rain boots are usually designed with a little extra space so you can wear boot liners or chunk knit socks inside of them.

I have rain boots on the brain because it is finally raining in Nanaimo after weeks and weeks of hot, sunny weather. While today's rain is welcome, it will take many more days of rain before the brown grass considers turning green again. Personally, I love the rain and it is a great excuse for me to take out my rain boots (which are very comfy) and go run some errands.

These boots look great, are of good quality, and have a fun texture to them that is quite different from anything else I have seen in rain boots these days. Overall, I think this is a good buy.
