The coupon will allow you to get two Original or Veggie Burger Combos, each including a regular side and a 20 oz soft drink. You will also get two Kids Combos with drinks and fries or apple sauce. The kids meals also come with a toy - but I am not sure what the Harvey's toys are like. You will get all that for $18.99! Just keep in mind that cheese and bacon are extra for the adult combos, and bacon is extra for the kids' combos. I am sure you will be asked if you want to add those!
