So far, only the US has issued a recall notice on their government site but I just spoke with Little Tikes and their Canadian versions have been recalled as well!
This Little Tikes™ 2-in-1 Snug 'n Secure Pink Toddler Swing recall is so new, it hasn't been updated on the Canadian site yet. There is a blue version of the swing with a recall from December 2000, that was issued for a different problem.
These are being recalled as their have been "multiple reports" of the swings breaking and injuring children.
To find out if your seat is affected, you can call Little Tikes toll-free number 1- 855-284-1903 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m Monday - Friday. You will be given an activity number to reference, when you send in pictures of your swing by email.
If affected, Little Tikes will send you a $24.99 product voucher as a replacement fee.
