President’s Choice Recalls Three Sauces

Check your pantry and your fridge because President's Choice is recalling three of their sauces due to the potential presence of glass fragments.

The products to look for are:

  • President's Choice Creamy Horseradish
    • 250 ml bottles
    • best before dates up to Sept. 9, 2019
  • President's Choice Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
    • 400 ml bottles
    • best before dates up to Dec. 15, 2019
  • PC Black Label Lemon Curd
    • 250 ml bottles
    • best before dates up to Sept. 21, 2019

These products were sold at the following stores:

Ontario: Real Canadian Superstore, Fortinos, Loblaws, Valu-Mart, Independent, Zehrs, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart and affiliated independent stores

Atlantic: Atlantic Superstore, Dominion, Independent, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart and affiliated independent stores

Québec: Maxi, Maxi & Cie, Provigo, Provigo le Marché, Pharmaprix and affiliated independent stores

West: Extra Foods, Real Canadian Superstore, Wholesale Club, Independent, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, and affiliated independent stores

President's Choice says that all affected products have been removed from store shelves.

If you have any of these sauces you can return them to the store they were purchased at for a full refund.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says there have been no injuries associated with the consumption of these products.
