Air Canada Adds More Entertainment Options

If you're packing for vacation, you can leave the books at home – if you're flying Air Canada, that is. The airline recently added a TON of new options to their in-flight entertainment service, and you can now watch more movies and TVs shows (and listen to more music) on their planes than ever before.

As Air Canada says on their website, you can "Get ready to laugh, shed a tear and even cheer your way to your destination." They claim to now offer 50% more onboard entertainment, which translates to about 340 movies, select short films, more than 500 TV shows, as well as music albums, podcasts and audiobooks. Some flights will also have access to content from Crave and Stingray, plus HBO.

Air Canada says their in-flight entertainment system is easier to use in general now and lets you browse in 15 different languages. The entertainment options available to you will vary by route – but you might be able to start scoping things out now. To find out which movies, shows and albums will be available on your next trip, enter your departure and arrival locations, as well as the date you're travelling into this search engine.

There's definitely enough to keep you awake and hopefully not too bored on your next trip. So maybe check out what's playing on your flight. That way, you know what to save for later the next time you're on Netflix!
