Shutterfly has a new coupon code that will give you $10 off your $10+ order. This means that order can truly be almost free. Because Shutterfly is U.S. based, the shipping is not cheap, and for my order it was $9.98, which means this coupon basically gives me free shipping, which I think is pretty nice, considering it works on items that are on sale.

It would be much nicer if this coupon was $10 off $10 and free shipping, but none of us could be that lucky. You'll pay for your items and get them shipped to you from the U.S. free. If you keep your total low, you won't be charged duties either. I've ordered from Shutterfly a number of times and have never been changed duty. I do have to wonder if that is because of the Made in the U.S. rule, since photobooks and gifts are technically made at the source, but I can't be too sure about that.
There are quite a few items on Shutterfly's site that are around the $10 mark or less.

There is a giant section on pet accessories and the personalized pet tags are regularly $6.99, on sale for $5.59. If you got two tags and then added the promo code, you'd pay $1.18 plus shipping for the pet tags. I haven't seen anything like this before and it is a super cute idea for any dog lover.
