Rosegal does ship from overseas, and it can take quite some time: Processing Time is from 3-7 business days, with Shipping Time taking from 7 - 25 business days. I was given the option to add insurance for $1.05, on my earring order as well. As far as additional fees for duty and taxes, usually items under $20 USD seem to be exempt from additional charges, so I would generally ensure that my order is under $20 USD. Even then it is possible to have additional fees charged at the door, but it is probably unlikely.
