These two bowls are 2 qt. and 4 qt. It also comes with a pouring shield, dough hook, wire whip and a dough beater. The Soft-Touch grip will ensure that this small appliance is comfortable to use, even for long periods of time. There are 12 different speeds too which makes this mixer suitable for almost anything you could dream of mixing. Reviews also say that the beaters are very easy to clean, though some customers wish that the variable speeds were easier to select. It is awesome that you can learn so much about a product just by reading the reviews. I don't currently own a stand mixer but I have wanted one for a while, so I am going to go ahead with this purchase and hope that it helps me with my occasional baking.
