The Hunger Games Trilogy For $11.99 & Free Shipping @ Shop.ca

20 June 2012

Over on Shop.ca, I just spotted a hot deal on their front page - you can buy the Hunger Games Trilogy in paperback/hardback(?) for only $11.99 with free shipping to your home!

(If the direct link above doesn't work, just do a quick search for it - and then the item discounts when you add it to your cart)

I paid something similar to this, and I only bought them in eBook form - I wish I had a real copy, but can't really see the point in buying it twice now.

Blurb:

The extraordinary, ground breaking New York Times bestsellers The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, along with the third book in The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, Mockingjay, are available for the first time ever in a beautiful boxset edition. Stunning, gripping, and powerful. The trilogy is now complete

I think this is a super hot price because it's $37 at Amazon just now.

I've read all three of these books in the last month. They were surprisingly addictive. I picked up the first one at 11pm and didn't set it down until 4am.... !!

After announcing the launch of Shop.ca last week, I've kind of been avoiding the site as I found it was very slow and seemed to keep crashing my browser. But, things seem to have speeded up a bit now! And I hope for more good deals in the future. :)

Wow - fab deal. I've been looking for a deal so that I could buy these books! I don't even think I could get these books used at this price. P.S. You won't see the deal until you check out.

Yes, add it to your cart and it shows the discounted price. Didn't work like this when I wrote the above post, but it does now :)

Wow, a great deal! I don't see anything on their website to indicate if this is paperback or hard cover, but your post says it's paperback. Have they changed the offer?

Just wondering if Shop.ca is a save site to use? I've never heard of it and the About Us page is blank

Yes, we wouldn't post a deal for an unsafe site! Shop.ca is relatively new in Canada, but it's a big launch and a reputable site. @SB - I said paperback without checking, I had just assumed. I am not 100% sure now! Would be nice if they were paperback.

Thank you! I ordered a set for my son. Hope it's paperback!
