If you or one of the kids have a Nintendo 3DS games system, and are on the lookout for deals on video games, check out the price on Mario Golf: World Tour from Amazon.ca. Usually, $34.99, they’ve knocked ten bucks off the cost of the game, bringing it down to only $24.99 right now.

Nintendo hardly ever discount their games, it’s rare to see this kind of game on special offer. Even when I do a price comparison elsewhere, Mario Golf: World Tour is priced at $35 at all the other online major retailers, such as Walmart, Futureshop, Bestbuy, Archambault, EB Games. I think it’s a super price from Amazon.ca.

A quick blurb about the game:

Face off on traditional courses, or play through new ones with a Mushroom Kingdom twist. The Nintendo 3DS split-screen interface makes it easy to aim shots and track progress on the course, while offering players a deep golf experience with simple controls and Mario flair.

Reviews!

One of my favourite sites for checking out gaming reviews is Metacritic. They calculate a grouped score from many major online reviewers, as well as an aggregated user review score. Mario Golf: World Tour scores really fantastically on both fronts – 78% from the critics, and 81% from regular users. Nintendojo gives this Mario golf game a glowing review. Here’s a quick quote:

Mario Golf: World Tour is a solid mix of great controls, crisp, colorful visuals, great replay value due to its amount of unlockable content, and is ultimately just a flat out great experience.

Looks like a great fun game!

Shipping!

Sadly, this Nintendo 3DS video game is only $0.01 short in price to qualify for Amazon’s free super saver shipping. As you probably know, you need to spend $25+ on Amazon.ca to qualify for their free shipping. What I would obviously recommend is popping something small in to your cart to bring it over the $25 mark, saving you a few bucks on potential shipping fees.

If you really want to, throw in this pack of 24 Crayola crayons for $2.95. You can never have enough crayons! There are cheaper items on Amazon.ca though, just find something else that you are in need of.
