McDonald's Egg McMuffins may be the greatest breakfast sandwiches ever made. Now you can make your own version at home with this Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker (25475C). Originally $29.99, the sandwich maker is on sale for $22.88. Receive free shipping with Amazon prime or free shipping on orders of $25 or more.

This is a really funky device. You simply put your ingredients in and close the lid. Five minutes later and you have a fully assembled breakfast sandwich just like McDonald's - minus the wrapping paper. You can put almost anything you want into your breakfast sandwich. The sandwich maker fits English Muffins, most bagels, and biscuits. You can cook a raw egg in the sandwich maker and add in your own spices, vegetables, and more. People usually like to do bacon, eggs, and cheese on these breakfast sandwiches. The included booklet has a bunch of easy and quick recipes you can try out.

I price compared this unit with other retailers. The same sandwich maker currently costs $29.98 @ Walmart Canada and $34.99 @ Hamilton Beach Canada. Hudson's bay has the red model for $32.99. I did find it on sale $24 @ London Drugs, but you can only pick it up in store.

I was checking out reviews, and most people love this little device. One reviewer at Walmart Canada said:

I bought this for my Girlfriend and Kids and they use it 3 to 4 times a week. My girlfriend was so impressed that she even posted it on Facebook. Before this sandwich maker, I can't think of anything that has impressed her this much, not even when we got a central vac.

Central vac. is pretty cool, but this sandwich maker is just awesome. Some parents talk about different variations they have made for their kids, including egg-less models for children who do not like eggs. People also say they use this maker several times a day - not just for breakfast!

Read through some of the rave reviews on Amazon Canada for a better feel for the product. From what I can tell, you are probably going to love it. FYI: there is a cool review for it here:

I've had one of these things for almost a year and love it. I use it about 2-3 times a week. One thing I would say is that the little feet that support the back of it break off easily, but as long as it stands upright and level, there should be no problem.

I make a breakfast sandwich in the morning and take it for part of my noon lunch! You can personalize your 'sandwich' with bacon or ham, vary the cheese, and add a slice of Roma tomato, or chopped green onion or green pepper. You can't go wrong with this little beauty!
