Amazon: Nintendo 3DS XL $139 & FREE $50 Amazon GC *HOT* (EXPIRED)

24 December 2014

Amazon Canada has a piping hot deal on the Black or Red Nintendo 3DS XL right now. Purchase the Nintendo 3DS XL for just $139 (save $61) and receive a FREE $50 Amazon gift card!

Now, the Nintendo 3DS Xl is going to be on sale a lot of places for Boxing Day but this is the best deal I have found and I think that you will find this year on this hand-held console. Here are some price comparisons for you:

  • $199.83 @ Walmart - OOS
  • $199.95 @ Chapters - OOS
  • $179.99 @ Staples Canada -blue
  • $199.99 @ The Source Canada

I also scoured the Best Buy flyer and found out that they will have the Nintendo 3DS XL on sale starting tonight for $139.99, which costs $1 more and does not include a free $50 gift card. Amazon just whips the competition!

You need to add both the Nintendo to your cart AND the $50 gift card. It is really simple to do that. Scroll down to special offers and product promotions section under the initial pictures. It will say:

Get a $50 gift card with your purchase of Nintendo 3DS XL

Under that is a yellow button that says, "Add Both to Cart." When you add both to your cart, the total will pop up as $189. However, upon the final stage of checkout the cost of the $50 gift card will be taken off your price. See the image below for some guidance:

Now, currently the black and the red are on sale for $139 each. They will not ship out for three to five weeks, but I am willing to wait that long on a good deal. In my cart, it showed that the Amazon Gift Card would ship several weeks before the actual Nintendo 3DS XL would.

The Nintendo 3DS must be purchased from Amazon, so be careful not to try to order from any secondary sellers. This promotion is on for TODAY only so be quick little bunnies before it ends or it sells out. You will receive free shipping, as your cart totals over $25.
