This is possibly the best cat tree I have owned, especially for the price. It is stable; my high energy fluff ball has knocked over every cat tree he comes across and has tried to take this one down on numerous occasions, but it won't budge.
The big downside seems to be that the instructions are terrible. So find your handiest friend to help you put it together!
