I have an Artisan mixer, so it doesn't have the bowl-lift feature. I am so in-love with my KitchenAid Stand Mixer, I think anyone who bakes deserves to have one. I am baking more frequently and my hubby couldn't be happier. Cookies and loafs so far... still looking to get my hands on a copy of my favourite cakes book.
