Home Depot Canada: Free Holiday Workshops & More!

PicMonkey Collage

Home Depot Canada disappointed me a little bit last month. They only had one free workshop available! This month there are several to choose from, and some are even Christmas inspired. The Home Depot Canada workshops are totally free, and definitely get you out of the house for a few hours. They will inspire you with new ideas for crafts or household projects.

Unfortunately we missed the workshop called "Five Simple Projects to Enhance Your Bathroom", but there are a few more to keep us satisfied. There are workshops for both adults and kids up until December 5th, 2015 - so be sure to mark your calendar and to snag a spot in your favourite workshop at your local Home Depot store now.

Here are the upcoming free workshops available at Home Depot Canada:

The Power Is Yours: Intro to Power Tools

On Wednesday November 18th, 2015 (today) you can head into your local Home Depot store to take part in their intro to power tools workshop. This workshop takes place at 7 PM and will last through 8 PM. You will get to learn how to use many different power tools such as drills, nailers, sanders and more. I think this is so important! Especially for us women who were never taught how to use them when we were younger. This is a "Do-It Herself" workshop and you will need to contact your local Home Depot store to get your spot in the workshop.

Christmas Napkin Holder

On Saturday November 21st, 2015 you can bring the kiddo into your local Home Depot Canada store so that they can learn how to make Christmas napkin holders. This workshop starts at 10 AM and will finish at 12 PM. You and your kids will get easy to follow step-by-step instructions and some pointers on how to make these adorable little Christmas Napkin Holders. You will need to contact your local Home Depot Store to reserve your spot - hurry!

Power Tools 101

On Sunday November 29th, 2015 all adults are welcome into their local Home Depot store to learn about a variety of power tools like routers, drills, sanders, saws and more. You will also learn how to choose which tool is best for your projects. This workshop is free and starts at 1 PM. It will finish at 2 PM. Be sure to contact your local Home Depot to get your spot in this free workshop.

Holiday Stacking Blocks

Woohoo! Another kids workshop for free at Home Depot. On Saturday December 5th, 2015 you can bring your kids into Home Depot so they can learn all about making Holiday Stacking Blocks. This workshop for kids starts at 10 AM and will finish at 12 PM. Again, be sure to reserve your spot with your local Home Depot Canada store.
