I am not a big fan of brown (love back); this is a big bonus for me. My husband came with a brown couch and a brown loveseat that were in better condition than my furniture so I currently live with brown. However, if the brown is dark enough it does not stand out against black I might just be fine with it.
There is very little assembly to do. You essentially stick the feet onto the box and you are pretty much done. With such busy houses, these days crammed full of everything you need and then everything you want, this ottoman is a great option for a little extra storage where it is needed.
