I have never used a Cat Cora knife before but I have watched her cook on the Food Network, on Iron Chef America. Iron Chef America is one of my favourite cooking shows and it really shows the skill level of the chefs involved. She is an Iron Chef, and I hope that her knives are of a quality she would use.
