Like all LEGO Technic toys, this is a 2-in-1 car where you can rebuild it into an SUV Racer. You essentially get a huge racing car and a huge racing SUV in one awesome kit. This kit is huge too - there are 1219 pieces that you can use to build either vehicles. The car and the SUV use the same pieces so you will need to disassemble one to build the other.
This extremely detailed LEGO Technic model has all the features of a real-life race car. You get a beautifully detailed V8 engine with moving pistons, opening gull-wing doors, all-round independent suspension, working front steering, high fenders and an opening front trunk and engine hood.
If you have any LEGO fans who also love cars, then this is probably the best gift in the world to give them! I love cars and this set is making me drool. The finely detailed interior and exterior of the car are amazing to see in a set that you get to build yourself.
