The phone is loaded with tons of features. It has access to the Google store, which has a ton of free games in it. It also uses Google Maps, which is one of the best map systems out there. The Nexus 4 is the first phone with 360° panoramas and it charges wirelessly - no cords needed!
This is a substantial price drop from the previous price and certainly worth picking up if you are in the market for a brand new unlocked phone. It is best to buy your phone outright so that you can get the best plan possible without having to be on contract. Then, you can change plans whenever you see a better one.
