The deal is Canada wide, it doesn't only apply if you live in Ottawa. The DVD rentals are sent to your home, and you can have 3 discs out at a time. Normally you'd pay $50 for the same service - 1 month free, then 2 months at $25 each, so $15 for 3 months is really sweet.
