The 320 thread count keeps the down and feathers from poking through and scratching you while you sleep (that's the worst!) and the filling is stitched through so it doesn't shift. The fill is comprised of 80% feathers and 20% white duck down. And it's machine-washable!
There's only one review for this duvet so far but it's a good one. The reviewer loves that it's lightweight but cozy.
