You won't have to repeat your order six times at the speaker box any more - Tim Hortons Canada is launching a new Mobile App that will allow you to order and pay for their menu items with a few swipes of your thumb.
This is definitely going to be a convenient way to prepare huge orders for the office - you won't have to write down 30 coffees anymore! The launch should take place next Thursday, July 27th. Some stores will not be participating quite yet, but they are definitely rolling towards it.
The app is said to be easy to use - there will be photos and descriptions of the menu items, and you can just click on the order and pay for it via your mobile device. Then, the app's technology will know when you are getting close to your selected Tim Hortons, and the team will start making your product.
The problem I find with other Mobile Order Apps (like the Starbucks one), is that you end up waiting longer in line than people who walk in to make their order. Do you find that as well?
