The full contest rules and regulations are available on their website, but here's the gist of it. Just leave an online review for a Body Shop product you've actually tried. Find that item's product page, and scroll down until you can click on the "Review this Product" button – then just start writing.
Be honest, and make sure you check the opt-in sweepstakes box when you submit your star rating and text review. Include your email address, so they can contact you if they draw your name! The more products you review, the more chances you have to win that $100 Body Shop gift card. The contest information is linked to their Body Yogurt page, but it looks like most products they sell are included.
