On Thursday, May 6, 2010, I had a makover with Justina, at the Bay located at Queen and Yonge. I wanted to say that she did a fabulous job on my makover and I was extremely pleased with the results.. She truly is a great makeup artist and I wanted to recognize her for her efforts. Last Thursday, I had a makover at the YSL counter at the Bay, at the same location, I have to say that I was not very imprssed with the results. I am 46 years old and take good care of myself and makeup at my age is very important. When I left, I looked like I was going to a disco after. I looked ridiculous. I only buy YSL and Lancome products, so after my purchases at YSL, I did receive a complimentary gift bonus. But I was not impressed with the results of makeover. Any way, what I am trying to say is that I wear makeup but very subtle. I specifically mentioned this to the Rep at YSL and she did not listen. I mentioned this to Justina at Estee and she listened. I think it is very important to listen to the customer and fulfill what they have asked. So once again, I was very pleased with Justina at the Estee Lauder counter and she should be recognized. She truly is a GREAT makeup artist. I have recommened her to a number of my coworkers. A simple request goes a long ways. Thank you for listening. Regards, Kareema Alladina
