The Step 2 Neat & Tidy Cottage is best suited for kids between the ages of 18 months and 4 years. What I like about this play house as opposed to the others available is that this one has a built in floor. I think all-in-all that would make for a sturdier structure for sure. The size of this play house is also a bit bigger than the rest on sale, and if you want to get the most use out of your $130, then this is it.

We purchased this item 8 years ago... it has been through 6 grandchildren now with 3 still playing in it. It cleans easy and is very durable...no cracks, no breakage - just a bit sun discoloration which would be normal even after 1 year. We love it... looking to purchase another outdoor product from Step 2 also love the fact the house has it's own floor... easy to sweep out and hose down. I would recommend this to anyone with young children or grandchildren.
