I am someone that likes to have home gym equipment because having 2 small kids at home; it is too hard to make it to the gym. A treadmill is the best cardio equipment at home to use year round. I am not someone that loves to go running in the rain or cold weather so having the convenience to run indoors is awesome.

Love the cooling fan that is built in the console..the touch console is easy to use..is a very nice smooth motion no matter what speed or incline. Took hubby and son about a hour to assemble with no problems at all! Love the IFIT in the console..lots of different workouts and levels to keep me motivated!!
