I have bought a couple of things at Peoples before and their warranty and upgrade service are two of my favourite things about shopping there! My ESQ watch got an extended warranty for a few dollars and they encouraged me to bring it in when the warranty was about a month from being up and send it in to have the crystal face replaced and get it all tuned up. Excellent suggestion which I followed. I certainly got my money's worth out of that warranty. The warranty for my ring ensured that if the clasps around the stone ever came loose to where the stone was lost, they would replace the stone. Excellent service and warranty.
