You'll see a link saying "promo code" when you're on the booking page - click that and enter the above code for your discount. If you're booking a round trip, it might even be worth booking your flight in two separate sessions, applying the $15 discount each time, for a $30 total.
Even though OneTravel.com is a US based site, you can still search for Canadian flights and trips. For example, on OneTravel I compared a trip from Toronto to Vancouver and the best priced flight was through Westjet. If booking directly through the Westjet website, the price was about the same, so it means you're saving $15 booking through OneTravel instead. However, sometimes there are valid WestJet promo codes too, so you need to double check with that.
Savvy travellers - I'd say that OneTravel.com is a good site to bookmark, and then if you're making a flight booking with the likes of Porter, Westjet, Air Canada - get on there and do your price comparing homework!
