Spongebob has been giving us fashion advice for years. After all, "the best time to wear a striped sweater ... is all the time," right? So it only makes sense that the characters we know and love finally broke into a new realm: shoes. The latest Nike Kyrie collaboration just launched, and it's all about our favourites from Bikini Bottom!
Now, these are far from the first TV show-themed shoes Kyrie Irving has launched as part of his collaboration with Nike (remember the Friends ones?) ... but these might be my favourite yet! I already have the Spongebob theme song in my head, and you can't deny how much these look like the original characters.
Selection is a little limited at Foot Locker (which is where I first found out about this line), and not all the shoes you'll see in Nike's promotional photos are available right now – but I'm still not complaining. You know my favourites of what's in stock are probably these Nike Kyrie 5 Men's Patrick Basketball Shoes. They sell for $175 and are almost out of stock entirely ... but get this. They also come in toddler sizes!
