There are other pre-order deals out there for BioShock Infinite but I think this one is the best. Steam's deal is conditional so you only get the bonuses if a certain unspecified amount of people pre-order. You get a new bonus as you unlock each level. It is very manipulative, as pointed out in this Kotaku article.
GreenMan doesn't do this and you still get your game on Steam, so if you're a loyal Steam user, this works for you too. As I mentioned above, you get BioShock for FREE and one other game. The games are both available instantly. No waiting. You can pick the other game from this list:
